Manny has over 21 years experience in the field of sports performance and personal training. Manny currently trains professional Golfers, professional Boxers & MMA Fighters, professional hockey players, triathletes, marathon runners and other professional athletes. He was the former Strength and Conditioning Coordinator for the Dallas Stars Hockey Team (2004-2010), Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Iowa Stars (2006-2008) and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Texas and a Masters degree from SMU. He is a certified NSCA-Certified Strength and Conditions Specialist (CSCS), NASM-Certified Personal Trainer (CPT.) Group Fitness certifications from Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) and American Council on Exercise (ACE) and holds USA Boxing Level III Coaching and Training Certification. Additionally, he is a certified TRX Suspension Trainer, Schwinn Cycle Trainer, and has his CPR/AED Certification. Manny is also a NIKE® Trainer and Brand Ambassador. He has consulted with various professional, collegiate and high school sports programs and has worked with all types of athletes and clients from Junior High to Olympic and Professional level athletes. Manny has found a proficiency in restoring correct biomechanical movement patterns in clients with pain and dysfunction and helping them reclaim their active lifestyles. Manny is committed to encompass health, wellness, and performance built upon the basics of physical and mental awareness for his clients.
